Membership

An excellent opportunity to actively become part of a supportive local network dedicated to total rewards. This network places a strong emphasis on addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by companies located in Upstate New York.

UTRA offers two types of membership:

Professional and Student.

Memberships are on a rolling 12-month basis, starting the day you sign up for membership, until the first of the following month, one year later.

    • WorldatWork re-certification credits for attending our events and/or volunteering

    • Eligible to vote in UTRA’s annual board elections as well as in special elections (e.g., by-law changes)

    • Eligible to volunteer and run for UTRA Executive Committee board roles

    • Ability to have open total reward jobs in your organization posted on the UTRA website
